This course integrates population health, healthcare analytics, business intelligence, and emerging technologies to support data-driven decision-making and organizational change in healthcare settings. Students examine the use of vital statistics, core health indicators, and population-level data to analyze health trends, assess performance, and inform organizational and policy decisions. Emphasis is placed on communicating analytic findings to decision-makers and applying analytic insights, including those supported by artificial intelligence, to lead continuous improvement and change initiatives within healthcare organizations.
