Organizational/Systemic Behavior and Supervision
Prerequisites: EABA 400, EABA 415, and EABA 425.
Organizational/Systemic Behavior and Supervision is designed to introduce students to a behavior analytic approach to organizational/systemic behavior change and supervision. Key course topics include supervisor/supervisee strategies, leadership and team development, and approaches to utilize organizational and systemic behavior change principles.
Outcomes: Apply behavior-analytic supervision and leadership strategies; Utilize organizational and systemic behavior change principles; Foster leadership and team development; Implement culturally responsive training and supervision; Demonstrate mastery of course content through assessments and practical application.
