Diversity, Inclusion, and the Law
This course will cover skills used in cultural competency and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) positions in an organization. Students will learn about organizational context and structure, leadership and communication styles, and sources of workplace disputes. Students will also learn about conflict prevention strategies.
