Mediation & Turning Conflict Convo into Dialogue
This course will focus on the theory and practice of mediation. Through the semester we will explore mediation models and skills. Students will participate in simulated mediations as mediators and parties. Students will learn mediation skills to manage challenging conversations and conflicts and assist others in conflict situations.
