Introduction to best practice methods for planning and managing supply chains, including how to do so efficiently, ethically, and sustainably. Methods include analytics and lean management.

Outcomes: Understanding of fundamental activities in supply chain management, methodologies to support those activities, and how they impact a firm both in terms of its profit and its impact on society and the planet.
