Description
Integrative Clinical Practicum
This clinical practicum experience provides opportunities for the student to integrate theoretical knowledge into the role behaviors of the professional nurse as a designer, provider, manager, and coordinator of care in health care systems and the community.

This course is for RN-BSN students.

Outcomes: 1) Incorporate standards of practice and professional performance into the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based care strategies; 2) Apply principles of quality and safety in enacting the role of the professional nurse; 3) Collaborate with recipients of care, the interprofessional team, and community
resources in the design, delivery, and evaluation of evidence-based, client centered, care strategies; 4) Exemplify the role behaviors consistent with membership in the profession of nursing; 5) Incorporate ethical, legal, regulatory, financial, and economic considerations into the design, implementation, management, and evaluation of evidence-based care initiatives.
