Description
Art History: Pre-History to Renaissance in Rome
A general survey which explores the development of art in Western culture from pre-history through the sources of the Renaissance in the fourteenth century with a focus on Rome and Italy.

Outcomes: Students will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the ideas, formal expressions, themes, techniques, and functions of art in relation to their cultural, social, and historical contexts.
