Course Details

This course serves as an introduction to the background and legal framework of international business transactions.
Students will:
-study the business and legal issues that impact international business transactions;
- gain insight into the dynamics of structuring international business transactions;
- learn about the role that lawyers and legal professionals play in international business;
- examine key legal topics that often arise in international business transactions; and
- explore careers in international business law.
