Human Rights Reporting
In this course, Students will study the history of the concept of human rights and the legal mechanisms for enforcing human rights law, and they will read work by reporters covering human rights worldwide.

Outcomes: Students will learn how to report on international conflicts by finding local angles of interest to Chicago readers and how to approach articles on domestic human rights issues.
