Borges
This course focuses on the poetry and prose of Jorge Luis Borges, one of the central figures in 20th century Latin American literature, and one of the major writers of modern times.
Outcomes: Students will be able to recognize the major themes and forms of Borges, as well as appreciate his seminal role in the creation of the so-called literature of the "boom" in Latin America.
