Wisdom Literature and Psalms
Prerequisite: THEO 111.
A study of the wisdom literature of the Old Testament, attention to the nature of the wisdom tradition in Israel; study of the Psalms as the prayer of Israel.
Outcomes: Students will be able to demonstrate understanding of central texts, beliefs, ethical understanding, and practices of Judaism and Christianity.
