Hispanic-American Novel
Prerequisite: graduate standing.

Analyzes salient themes and formal features of twentieth-century novel. Taught in Spanish. Prerequisite: graduate standing.

Outcomes: Students will identify stylistic and thematic contours of the modern Latin American novel and draw connections between works of literature and the broader culture.
