The evolution of theatrical modes in 20th Century Spain. Authors: M. Mihura, Benavente, Valle Inclán, Arniches, García Lorca, Buero Vallejo, etc.

Outcomes: Students will be able to explain how theater has dealt with contemporary experiences such as the Spanish Civil War, civil war, the polarization of society, group thinking, dictatorship, the inception of new mores and the inevitability of change.
