20th Century Poetry
Prerequisite: Permission of chairperson.
A study of the development of modern Spanish poetry from post-modernism to the present with a special emphasis on the Hispanic poets of the avant garde.
Outcomes: Students will able to recognize the major poetic trends, forms, themes, and movements in 20th century Spanish verse.
