Criminology
This course examines modern and traditional theories of criminology and their implications for social control, with emphasis on current work in criminology theory, social planning, and evaluation research.

Outcomes: The student will acquire knowledge of the relationship between the various explanations of crime patterns and how these theories work to reduce or fail to reduce the level of criminal behavior.
