Organizations & Organizational Change
This course examines the structures and processes that typify contemporary organizations, with particular attention to how organizations change.

Outcomes: Students will be able to apply sociological methods to analyze organizations, and will develop an understanding of bureaucracy and alternative structures; the effect of organizational structure on administrators, workers, and clients; and how organizations are affected by their social environment.
