Advanced Statistical Analysis-Computer:Social Science
Prerequisite: PSYC 304 or SOCL 301.
Expanded treatment of topics covered in PSYC 304 with emphasis on using standard computer analysis packages (SPSS).
Outcomes: Students will demonstrate the ability to discuss theoretical assumptions of various statistical techniques, choose the appropriate statistical test in a variety of situations, use SPSS to enter data and perform a statistical analysis, and interpret the results of statistical analyses.
