St Augustine
This course focuses on selected works of Augustine, set against the backdrop of Roman society and Mediterranean Christianity in the later Roman period.

Outcomes: Students should demonstrate knowledge in detail about Augustine, his world, and his works; They should engage with current scholarship addressing Augustine's religious, intellectual, literary, social, and historical contexts and influences.
