Description
Medieval Latin
Prerequisites: LATN 101 and 102 or their equivalents.

This course focuses on readings in medieval Latin prose and poetry, as well as on comparison with classical Latin style and content.

Outcomes: Students should be able to translate the selected works of the course with proficiency, and demonstrate knowledge in detail about their authors, as well as deeper understanding and appreciation of the historical, social and intellectual contexts and influences pertaining to them.
