Management of Service Operations
Prerequisites: SCMG/ISSCM 480.

This course explores the application of operations management concepts and techniques in service-sector organizations, and, in particular, how services are delivered to the customer.

Outcomes: Understanding how service management requires unique tools for managing customer expectations while simultaneously delivering services that exceed those expectations.
