Law & Legislature-Ancient Greece
This course investigates the history, scope, principles and components of ancient Greek law and legislation from Homeric times through the Classical Period.

Outcomes: Students should be able to explain Greek legal, civil and legislative procedure, including concepts of justice and due process, as well as legal issues such as inheritance, homicide, etc., especially in Classical Athens.
