Teaching Science in the Elementary/Middle School
This course is designed to help students develop the theoretical background, practical knowledge, and skills essential for successful science teaching at the elementary and middle school levels.
Outcomes: Students will be able to draw connections among instructional planning, implementation, and assessment of student learning through a field experience as well as the practice of instructional skills in peer teaching lessons.
