Description
Prerequisites: GNUR 404, GNUR 408, and GNUR 521.

Corequisites: GNUR 574.

This practicum provides students with an opportunity to work collaboratively with a site mentor (preceptor) and interprofessional stakeholders and build a team for evidence-based practice and quality improvement projects. Students develop competencies in collaboration, systems-based practice, and leadership.

Outcomes: Engage system stakeholders to complete an organizational needs assessment of local capacity to address population health opportunities; Collaborate with project site mentor and system stakeholders to develop a practice question and outcomes of importance to the organization.
