Introduction to the molecular mechanisms of disease pathology and therapeutic and control strategies, using a particular disease as model.

Outcomes: Students will be able to explain the molecular basis for particular disease symptoms, understand therapeutic strategies, and use experimental results to form conclusions about disease molecular mechanisms.
