Description
This course introduces students to elementary grammatical forms, basic syntax, and vocabulary of Latin, and simple readings in the language.

Outcomes: students should be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of Latin vocabulary, syntax and grammar and deploy it to be able to translate accurately simple Latin sentences and passages into English.
