Description
An analysis of different types of terrorist organizations across the globe and of the efforts by governments to combat terrorism.

Outcomes: Students will be able to explain what motivates the turn to terror as a method of struggle and to assess the morality and effectiveness of the counterterrorism tactics adopted by various governments.
