Description
This course examines the issues of modern-day colonization as depicted in selected fiction, drama, and poetry from Africa, South Asia, the West Indies, and Australia.

Outcomes: Students will gain an understanding of the diversity of forms, politics, themes, and identities in postcolonial literature and the scholarly criticism about it; Students will learn how to teach and write about this literature through oral and written assignments.
