Description
Behavioral Health and Neurodivergence is designed to introduce students to assessment and service delivery for Neurodivergent clients, patients, and students in primary care and health service delivery settings. A lifespan approach and co-occurring conditions are emphasized so students can appreciate the range of referrals or services they will need to provide as ABA clinicians.

Outcomes: Understand the foundations of behavioral health and neurodivergence; Develop competency in assessment and referral processes; Engage in culturally responsive and ethical service delivery; Collaborate effectively to enhance client services; Analyze and apply research in behavioral health and neurodivergence; Demonstrate mastery of course content through writing, presentations, and assessments.
