Complex Construction Mediation Simulation

This course will teach students about writing for complex mediations---a quickly---growing area of law through the lens of a construction dispute. Students will learn about writing for all steps of the mediation process (from client counseling to mediation statements). The final assignment will require drafting a mediation brief.
