This course provides the foundational concepts of copyright law, trademark law, and right to publicity and discusses recent caselaw pertaining to IP issues that have arisen in entertainment and sports. These issues include Taylor Swift copyright/trademark issues, NIL, music copyright, IP use in Social Media, AI, and IP licensing.
