Students that have not yet taken the Ecology pre-req may enroll with instructor consent. Please email tcunha@luc.edu. Must register for Biol 369 Invertebrate Biology lecture in order to be enrolled in the lab. Biology Department will handle registration of this course, please email biologydept@luc.edu. No overrides into closed section. In this course we will explore the incredible diversity of organisms that often go unnoticed and yet constitute the vast majority of animal life on our planet. In labs you will interact with live comb jellies, leeches, the microscopic water bears (to name just a few), as well as with behind-the-scenes specimens from the extensive collections of the Field Museum.
