Description
Examination of the cognitive determinants of political judgments and decision; including topics such as political information processing, voting preference, political stereotyping, racism, ideology and public opinion, and media effects.

Outcomes: An understanding of core theoretical approaches within political psychology, scientific methods of hypothesis testing within political psychology, and the development of skills needed to perform research within political psychology.
