This course discusses political issues in the field of international health, including comparing health care systems in the industrialized world, and treatment of diseases in the developing world, particularly Africa (HIV/AIDs, TB, Malaria, etc).

Students will be able to demonstrate an understanding of international health and comparative health systems.
