Description
Prerequisites: CPST 250.

Students examine organizational ethics, values, strategy, culture, leadership and coaching. Students self-assess and refine their own concept of leadership and decision-making in the context of attitudes, environments, cultures, and issues faced by leaders in organizations.

Outcomes: Students will analyze descriptive and normative models of ethical decision making in business, leadership strengths and management style using real life situations, self-assessment and cases studies.

Prerequisite: CPST 250 Students must be enrolled in the School of Continuing and Professional Studies
