An introduction to contemporary management with emphasis on organizational culture, decision making, organizational structure and design, planning, communication and information technology.
Outcomes: Students will demonstrate an understanding of the managerial roles in organizations, the four levels at which behavior is examined in organizations and will develop a framework for basic business operations.
