Description
Prerequisite: Must be an enrolled Dance Major or Dance Minor.

The purpose of this class is to present dancers with basic knowledge of the anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics of human movement in dance and non-dance applications.

Outcomes: Students participate in lecture, physical practice, group and individual projects to understand the mechanisms for dance movement and how movement patterns contribute to the presence or absence of dance injuries
