Description
This course introduces students to elementary grammatical forms, basic syntax, and vocabulary of ancient Greek, and simple readings in the language.

Outcomes: students should be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of ancient Greek vocabulary, syntax and grammar and deploy it to be able to translate accurately simple Greek sentences and passages into English.
