Prerequisites: This course is open to all students.

MLSC 201 consists of both lecture and lab sections. Focuses on leadership and ethics. Adds depth to the student's knowledge of the different leadership styles.

Outcomes: Student grounded in foundational leadership doctrine and skills, comprehends critical thinking, problem-solving, and value of diversity, understands the officer's role in leading change and the Army as a profession.
