Description
This course is designed to develop the fitness capabilities of future Army officers. Students will be introduced to and become proficient in the physical components of muscular strength, muscular endurance, aerobic endurance, anaerobic endurance, and power.

Outcomes: Future Army officers ready to meet the physical demands of any duty or combat position, move lethally on the battlefield, accomplish the mission and continue to fight, win, and come home healthy.
Class Notes
MLSC 250 is open to all students. Civilian participants who are not interested in seeking an ROTC contract are only required to attend on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This is a synchronous class.
