The course will also discuss resolution of identified non-compliance and methods for discharging an organization's legal obligations to correct non-compliance, including self-disclosures and refunds. Additionally, the course will cover responding to government inquiries and audits. LAW 910 (Health Care Compliance) or LAW 839 (MJ Corporate Compliance) are preferred prerequisites but are not required.
