Description
This course is designed to provide a psychological and educational examination of exceptionality as related to school- age children and youth.

Outcomes: Students will articulate defining characteristics of a range of disabilities as well as knowledge of a range of educational modifications made for students with special needs.
Enrollment Requirements
Restricted to students in the Graduate School, Graduate Education or Graduate Social Work.
Class Notes
Synchronous Class Meeting: Instruction will be delivered online synchronously following the days/times indicated on the schedule. The interactive Zoom component of this course will occur Monday evenings from 7:00-8:30. The final hour of the session is for self-guided coursework.
