Description
The course focuses on enhancing managers' capabilities in integrating strategic issues with "people" issues, enabling them to effectively implement change initiatives within diverse global environments.

Special Note: MGMT 472 is cross-listed with HRER 430.

Outcomes: Students will learn fundamental principles, theories, and generalizations needed for competent approaches to implement organizational change that prioritizes managing the "people" aspects of change, as participants or managerial change agents.
