Description
Prerequisites: LATN 101 and 102 or their equivalents.

This course centers on translation and understanding of the De Rerum Natura of Lucretius.

Outcomes: Students should be able to translate the poetry of Lucretius with proficiency and demonstrate knowledge in detail about the author and his work, as well as deeper understanding and appreciation of the historical, social and intellectual contexts and influences pertaining to it.
