Description
This course introduces daily life in Ancient Mesopotamia. Students will become acquainted with the ways in which individuals experienced family, government, sports, art, and societal interaction in the "cradle of civilization."

Outcomes: Students will understand the emergence of certain aspects of daily life in the world's first civilizations and be able to contextualize these developments within the Mesopotamian political and social sphere.
