Description
This course examines anthropological approaches to social and cultural changes associated with globalization, particularly how global patterns of inequality profoundly impact people's lives.

Outcomes: Students will demonstrate an understanding of relationships between historic and contemporary global processes, especially ways globalization influences inequality and peoples' social, symbolic, material, political, and economic existence.
